My third burnout didn't whisper. It arrived as anxiety, insomnia, shingles, and intestinal bleeding—my body forcing the conversation I'd spent years avoiding.

I'd been practicing mindfulness and somatics since I was 19. But for a decade, I poured everything into my startup career—bigger roles, higher stakes, more pressure. On paper, life looked enviable: senior remote leadership, financial success, living abroad. Inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and disconnected from myself.

That third cycle was the turning point. I'd been ignoring everything I knew. So I rebuilt—restoring my nervous system and, for the first time, syncing my life with my cycle instead of fighting it. Everything changed.

Over the past 20 years, I've studied and refined these practices across mindfulness, somatics, yoga, and coaching—and trained as an ICF Professional Certified Coach—helping hundreds of women reclaim their calm, energy, and alignment.

how does this program differ from other nervous system regulation courses?

This is the only nervous system program of its kind. Why, you ask?

  • Other programs are male physiology first. Ours focuses on female physiology. Our bodies and nervous systems function differently. They need to align with our infradian rhythm.

  • Most programs focus on top-down practices (cognitive reframes, mindfulness, etc.). Ours focuses on body-first practices, complemented by top-down and outside-in practices.

  • This program is largely experiential—don't worry, we'll still geek out on the science! We focus on experimenting, iterating, and finding what works best for your nervous system and menstrual cycle (= infradian rhythm).

does it matter where I am in my menstrual cycle? what if I don't have one?

No! Wherever you are in your menstrual cycle is perfect. While the program focuses on the menstrual cycle, you could be on birth control, have started (peri)menopause, or be pregnant (or in post-partum).

What's most important is understanding how female physiology impacts your nervous system differently, so you can meet your body—and hormones—where they're at.

what if I'm recovering from burnout?

Welcome! This program is an excellent resource for burnout recovery. You'll learn the tools to help heal your nervous system and burnout symptoms. In fact, this is where Rachel started post-burnout, and it has helped hundreds of professionals since.

Please note: If you are in current crisis, this program may not be right for you. We recommend working with a licensed mental health professional first.

how should I prepare for the program?

Carve out time and energy for weekly materials. To make the most of your experience, plan:

  • 30-45 minutes for theory

  • 30-45 minutes for practice

  • 60 minutes on specific Wednesdays for specialist deep dives

  • 60 minutes on Fridays for cohort live sessions

do I need a wearable to track my HRV?

While it's not 100% necessary, we highly recommend investing in one before the program. Why? Heart-rate variability (HRV) is the key metric nervous system resilience.

Rachel's favorite wearable is the Oura ring, which tracks your menstrual cycle phases (and pregnancy data), sleep quality, and overall stress resilience. Use this link for a 10% discount.

what's the balance between theory and practice?

Each week, we include a blend of geek-out time (theory) and practice (application of theory). The goal is to give you enough context to understand the why behind the practices.

Our cohort live sessions are mainly experiential—no boring lectures here!

can I access the course materials forever?

Yes! You'll get lifetime access to all course materials and live recordings.

what topics do guest deep dives cover?

We're still confirming guests, and all deep dives will focus on female-first physiology. We'll cover topics like:

what does the community consist of?

what's the weekly time commitment?

Plan for 2-3 hours per week over the 6-week course. This includes:

  • 30-45 minutes for course materials—theory and workbook exercises

  • 30-45 minutes for experimenting with practices

  • 60-minute cohort live sessions on Fridays

If you have additional time, join Wednesday's specialist deep dives for 60 minutes.

does it matter what timezone I'm in?

Rachel leads the live weekly sessions on Tuesdays at 9am PST. These sessions are optional and recorded, in case you'd like to watch them in your own time.

can my company pay for the course?
